Be sure to choose the real area

Please select the region and your real country or region in the settings, otherwise it will not be able to connect to our server or cause AI proxy to be very slow.

App crashes on launch (HyperOS 3 and similar systems)?

There are two common reasons for a crash on launch:

1. App permissions not granted

When reinstalling the app, the system will prompt you for permissions. Go to Settings → App Management, find ViewTurbo, make sure all required permissions are enabled, then try launching again.

2. Conflict with another VPN app

Android only allows one VPN to run at a time. If you have AdGuard or a similar VPN tool installed and set to Always-on VPN, ViewTurbo will crash on launch because it cannot take over the network connection.

To resolve this, disable or pause any other VPN software before starting ViewTurbo.

About using AdGuard alongside ViewTurbo

ViewTurbo does not currently support a proxy-only mode, so it cannot run simultaneously with AdGuard or other VPN apps without root access.
