Client won't launch or shows a blank screen?

Install WebView2 Runtime first and restart the app. If ViewTurbo Lite still cannot open or stays blank on Windows, open %AppData%, delete the ViewTurbo-related folders, then reopen the client.

How many devices are supported?

ViewTurbo supports up to 10 devices: 2 each for Linux, Windows, iOS/Apple, macOS, and Android.

What is a private account?

A private account is included in the Private Email plan. Its core is an email account using the @viewturbo.com suffix, helping you reduce exposure of your personal email address.

Unable to connect to Telegram (TG)?

TG requires a separate proxy setting. Please add a SOCKS5 proxy in Telegram settings: Address 127.0.0.1, Port 15732.

Browser cannot access the internet?

Please check if IDM or ESET are installed, as they may block the local proxy. We recommend exiting these programs and trying again.

What are the local proxy address and ports?

Default configuration — HTTP: 127.0.0.1:15732 ; SOCKS5: 127.0.0.1:15732.

Gemini is unavailable in your country
